Is My Branding Set Up Correctly?
Getting your branding right ensures every client-facing document and page looks professional and consistent. This guide is for anyone setting up CaterCloud for the first time or checking that their brand details are displaying correctly.
What Branding Setup Covers
CaterCloud pulls your brand details from two places:
- The Concierge brand step — completed during onboarding, this captures your logo, primary colour, accent colour, tagline, and business description
- Settings → Business Profile — where your company logo and core business details are stored
Both sources work together to populate your built website, quotes, and invoices automatically.
Where Each Element Appears
| Element | Website | Quotes | Invoices |
|---|---|---|---|
| Logo | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Primary & accent colours | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Tagline & description | ✓ | — | — |
How to Check Your Branding
- Navigate to Settings → Business Profile and confirm your company logo is uploaded and your business name is correct
- Review the details captured during the Concierge brand step — check your primary colour, accent colour, tagline, and business description are all filled in
- Open a draft quote or invoice to preview how your logo and colours appear on client-facing documents
- Check your built website preview to confirm the tagline and description read as intended
Common Issues to Fix
- Logo not showing — confirm a file has been uploaded in both the Concierge brand step and Settings → Business Profile
- Wrong colours on documents — revisit the Concierge brand step and update your primary or accent colour
- Tagline missing from website — ensure the tagline field was completed and saved during onboarding
> Tip: If you update your logo or colours after onboarding, re-check a live quote preview to confirm the changes have carried through correctly.
